Terms & Conditions

This page contains the terms and conditions which shall apply to each purchase made by you via this website (or where otherwise directed by srbWorld that such conditions shall apply) and, separately, the terms and conditions which apply to the use by you of this website (the "Website"). This page together with the Privacy Policy, the Warranty, the Returns Policy and the Safety Policy together comprise the conditions that shall apply to the use of the Website by you and all good purchased via the website and shall together be defined as the “Terms and Conditions".

Definitions

In these terms and conditions, "we" and "us" means srbWorld, a trading division of Expert Purchasing Solutions (Consultancy) Limited (full information on which is set out in About Us).

Formation of agreement

An agreement for us to sell you goods is made on the basis of these Conditions when we accept your order for goods through the Website. (This agreement between us is referred to in these Conditions as "this agreement".)

The description of the goods, price, currency, VAT, insurance and delivery costs are set out in the order page. Please see links for full information on our Delivery, Returns, Privacy and Safety policies.

Orders

Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the goods are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based in a country to which we are currently able to sell and your credit and/or debit card or (where applicable) account card is authorised for the transaction.

We do, in exceptional circumstances, reserve the right to reject any order

Acceptance of your order

We will confirm receipt and acceptance of your order by way of confirmatory email

Payment

Payment for the goods and related costs (where applicable) is payable in full at the time the order is placed by way of credit card and/or debit card. Acceptance of your order is conditional on your selected method of payment being cleared in full. No item shall be despatched until such payment has been cleared.

Delivery Dates

Unless we specify otherwise, delivery dates will be in accordance with the Delivery Policy.

Access to the Website and content

We are continually improving our goods, so specifications or design changes may be made at any time. We shall use reasonable commercial endeavours to keep the Website up to date but information and specifications given are for your information only and are subject to change without notice.

We try to ensure that pictures of the goods on the Website are as accurate as possible, but there are technical limitations and slight variations in colour and texture between the pictures and the goods themselves must be expected.

We will endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to the Website, but access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.

Scope of advertisements

The content of the Website is directed solely at those who access the site from the United Kingdom. We make no representation or warranty that any goods referred to in the Website are available or are otherwise suitable for use outside the United Kingdom.

Ownership

You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment for them in full. Until that time we will retain title to the goods.

Exchange or refund

Exchanges and refunds are available in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Liability

We will take all reasonable care to keep your order secure, but in the absence of our sole negligence we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data (including credit and account details) you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

We shall not be liable to you in connection with this agreement in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss of profit, anticipated savings or data (in each case whether direct or indirect) or any indirect loss.

Our aggregate liability to you in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the value of the goods ordered by you.

Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights (if appropriate) as a consumer.

Matters outside our control

We shall not be liable to you or in breach of this agreement for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.

Exclusion of liability for suppliers' goods and services

From time to time, we promote a number of suppliers on the Website and offer you the opportunity to buy goods and services from those suppliers through the Website. We can accept no liability for any goods or services provided by third party suppliers. Any goods or services which are not stated to be provided by us are provided by third parties over whom we do not have control and you should satisfy yourself that you wish to purchase those goods or services before contracting with the supplier.
