International and Irish Delivery Information

We regularly ship products to Ireland, Europe and the USA, however, we are happy to obtain a shipping quote for the majority of countries.

Ireland

Furniture Delivery Team

Our Furniture Delivery Team visit Ireland approximately once every four weeks. This service is primarily aimed at furniture orders where the value is in excess of £500. The shipping cost is worked out on an order by order basis. As a guide, each order delivered through this service is our website price plus between £50 - £100. Please call for an accurate quote. Our Furniture Delivery Team provide you with a two-hour delivery slot and are insured to carry the furniture into your home for you into your room of choice. All we ask is that you ensure that we have clear access to the room and that any breakable items, for example, mirrors, have been removed or are protected. If you live in a flat, or have a property that we cannot easily access or park in front of, please discuss this with the Team in advance of the delivery day.

Express Delivery

If you need your furniture quickly and are unable to wait for a scheduled run with our Furniture Delivery Team, we can dispatch the furniture to you on a palletised basis. This will reach you within 3 – 5 working days. Our pallet prices for Ireland start at just £60. Please note, that a pallet will fit quite a lot of furniture and so please call for guidance and an accurate quote. With a palletised service, we are able to provide a delivery date, however, the delivery team are not insured to enter your property and so can deliver to the door only. If you live in a flat or in a property with difficult access or parking, please discuss this with us before your delivery date.

France and mainland Europe

We have a European Delivery Service that is able to cover the majority of France. We are able to cover the balance of Europe using a palletised service. To enable us to offer you the most competitive shipping quote, please provide us with the following information:

-           a list of the products you wish to order (with product codes if possible)

-           your full postal address including any postal or zip code

-           a contact telephone number

-           a contact email address.

We can fulfil orders across mainland Europe within 5 – 10 working days of dispatch from our warehouse. A delivery date will be agreed with you and, wherever possible, the carrier will provide you with an estimated time of arrival. This service can very across Europe.

USA

We are able to ship to the USA via a sea and road freight service that departs from the UK once a week. All shipping quotes include insurance and the services of a USA based Customs Clearing Agent, who will deal with all import formalities in the USA. You will, however, need to pay any import taxes that may be due on the item on entry into the country.

Our carriers will be insured to deliver the furniture to your door, however, unfortunately they cannot enter your property.

We partner with a number of USA and European based logistics companies to enable us to offer you the most competitive shipping price possible. To enable us to issue a fully delivered quote, please provide us with the following information:

-           your full postal address including any zip codes (please note that we cannot accept PO Box addresses/numbers)

Delivery times to the USA vary, however, as a guide shipments to California can be delivered within 5 weeks of leaving the UK (subject to US Customs).

All other countries

We are happy to explore shipping our products to the majority of countries in the world. Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to a number of African countries – please contact us for further information if necessary.
