Christmas 2009 – Delivery Information
OUR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY SERVICE
ORDER BEFORE 20TH DECEMBER FOR PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
We have designed this service with the larger items on our site in mind, such as the Flash GT Car Bed, the Pretty in Pink Desk or indeed an entire furniture room set.
The Service – UK only (for Ireland, France, USA and all other international deliveries, please see below)
In order to reserve your furniture, please purchase your items as soon as possible. If doing this by phone simply ask for a Delayed Christmas Dispatch. If placing the order on the website, please put “Delayed Christmas Dispatch” in the “Special Delivery Instructions” box.
We will then deliver your furniture to you on a date between December 1 and December 23.
We will agree the final delivery day with you (this will depend in part on your postcode) and, wherever possible, deliver your order using our own Home Delivery Team.
Where your furniture is delivered by our Home Delivery Team, they will agree not only the date with you, but provide you with a two hour delivery window and carry the items into your home to your room of choice. If you need to pop home from work to take delivery, we can call ahead and let you have our estimated time of arrival.
Our Home Delivery Team are unable to deliver to certain regions of the UK, for example, the Scottish Highlands. Where this is the case, your order will be sent on an appropriate carrier service. We can agree the date of delivery with you and (where possible) request that the driver call ahead to provide you with an estimated time of delivery.
This is a FREE service
Our Christmas Delivery Service is free of charge to the majority of addresses in the UK. Certain regions of the Scottish Highlands and Islands may attract a surcharge – please call for details.
Christmas Deliveries to Ireland
Our Home Delivery Team will be delivering in Ireland during the final week of November. A small surcharge on the website price will be payable. Please call for a quote before purchasing.
After this date, our final shipping date to Ireland will be Friday 18th December. Goods will be sent via an appropriate carrier service.
Christmas Deliveries to France
We can deliver to France using our European Delivery Service until Monday 14th December. Please call to obtain a competitive shipping quote to France before you buy.
Christmas Deliveries to the USA
Our final shipping date for all Christmas deliveries to the USA will be Friday 6th November.
