Our Delivery Service
We entrust our items to reliable, nationwide couriers on a signed-for delivery service basis only.
We sometimes sell items on our website quoting 'free shipping to UK Mainland'. This means the cost of the shipping has already been included in the total price you see and pay for UK Mainland. Other UK regions are not classed as UK Mainland (by the shippers) and have a higher shipping charge (sometimes called a surcharge). The additional charge for shipping to these areas is payable by the purchaser. Click here to confirm whether your region is UK Mainland (as defined by the shippers) or in a 'surcharge' area.
When your item has been despatched by srbWorld, we will email you to advise you:-
- Despatch date
- Consignment number
Upon Delivery:
If you are not available to sign for the item when the courier calls, they will leave you a card to tell you they have tried to deliver to you. Please contact the courier company immediately, using the instructions on the card, and to make alternative delivery arrangements.
NOTE:
If you fail to contact the courier after receiving a failed-delivery card, they will automatically return the parcel to srbWorld and charge us. srbWorld will only arrange to redeliver the item to you ONCE YOU have refunded srbWorld for this additional charge, AND you will have to pay to have the item delivered a second time.
When your item is delivered, it must be signed for to acknowledge receipt. Please check the box BEFORE you sign to accept it, and note the following:

IF the box is damaged in any way, please sign AND clearly mark the delivery ticket BOX DAMAGED.

IF the box appears OK, please sign the ticket as UNCHECKED
NOTE:
All purchases must be signed-for as “UNCHECKED” upon receipt. Failure to do so invalidates the carrier’s obligation to re-imburse for damage.
NOTE: A
ny shortages or damages must be reported to srbWorld within 7 CALENDAR DAYS of signing for receipt. Any shortages or damages reported after 7 days will be dealt with at srbWorld’s discretion
