Furniture Home Deliveries
Stock Availability
If the furniture you have purchased is marked as "Available for Dispatch" then you have purchased a range that we routinely stock at our UK Distribution Centre. There are occasions when these lines can go out of stock for a short time. Where this is the case, we will let you know the delivery timescale as soon as possible.
If the furniture you have purchased or are interested in is marked as "within 8 weeks", then this is furniture that we do not routinely stock, however, is available from our main supplier. If the furniture is available within a shorter timeframe, we will contact you to offer you the chance of taking an earlier delivery.
If the furniture you have ordered is in stock, we aim to deliver your order within 10 working days. For Scotland, the delivery time can be closer to 3 weeks.
Booking your delivery
After placing your order, the items are fully quality checked and passed to our Furniture Delivery Partner. They will contact you on the telephone number provided with your order to advise you of your delivery date. Closer to the day of delivery, they will call you to provide you with a more accurate delivery window.
Our Delivery Partners will carry the furniture into your room of choice as a part of this family friendly delivery service, all we ask is that you ensure that we have clear access to the room and that any breakable items, for example, mirrors, have been removed or are protected. If you live in a flat, or have a property that we cannot easily access or park in front of, please discuss this with our Delivery Partners at the point of booking in your delivery.
For certain regions of the UK (for example – Scottish Highlands), it may not possible to deliver using our room of choice service. Where this is the case, your furniture will be sent on a palletised service to ensure it's safe arrival with you. We will agree the date of the delivery with you and we can arrange for the delivery company to call-ahead one hour beforehand. The carriers will deliver the furniture to your door, but are not insured to enter your property. You will therefore need to make arrangements to carry the items into your home and dispose of the wrapping materials.
Express Delivery and Day of Choice
Our Furniture Delivery Partners regularly visit all areas of the UK (save for Scotland), however, there are occasions when our customers require furniture on a 24 or 48 hour basis. Where this is required, and we do not have a scheduled run within this timescale, we can dispatch your furniture on a palletised service. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a timed service, but we can arrange for a delivery company to call-ahead one hour before.
If you require furniture to be delivered on a specfic date, we can provide this service for a small surcharge. The level of surcharge will depend on your postcode area and this will be quoted to you at the relevant time. To achieve a specific date delivery, we request at least 2 weeks notice.
Non-Furniture Orders
Look out for your confirmation of dispatch e-mail which will contain specific information regarding the shipping company and method used for your order.
Your order will be delivered on our Standard Delivery Service. Your goods will be delivered by an appropriate carrier within the timescale listed in the product advert. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Certain items will be delivered directly by the manufacturer, if the manufacturer is unable to deliver within the expected timeframe due to stock or availability issues, we will contact you as soon as possible.
