srbWorld is a wholly owned trading division of Expert Purchasing Solutions, a specialist sourcing and procurement company whose full registered details are set out below.
srbWorld was founded in 2005 with the aim of providing quality products direct for sale to consumers in the family home and leisure market. Our products are made up of known and respected UK and European brands as well as products which we have sourced directly for import into the UK.
Our aim is to continuously keep prices low, whilst always maintaining quality and providing customer service which is second to none. Whilst we are an online retailer, we recognise that some people prefer to speak to the people behind the website. We therefore run a full time customer services and sales team for those preferring to order over the phone or simply wishing to discuss the product in a little more detail before buying. We understand that buying online or through any distance selling method is a very different experience to buying from a shop. Because we acknowledge that it is sometimes difficult for people to get a real feel for a product until it arrives, we offer a full return policy within 7 days of delivery. A number of the products we sell require some self-assembly. Where we are not satisfied that the manufacturers instructions are as easy as possible to use, we have produced our own user and assembly manuals. We also run a technical support team which operate from 8.30am until 9.30pm (weekdays) and 9.00am until 9.00pm at weekends and statutory holidays (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day). Therefore, should you ever have a problem, there is nearly always someone at the end of the line to help you, and if they are busy, we always call you back.
