A safety rail can be fitted for younger children which can be easily removed when the child is a little older. Whilst being a full sized single bed, this girls bed is low lying and within the UK Governments recommendation of 40 cms (from sleeping area to bedroom floor) to prevent accidents to young children should they fall out of bed - making this childrens bed an ideal first bed too!
