What we think
The first thing that struck us when we first saw this product was its unusual and innovative design. We have seen sectional sofa’s for interior use, but this is the first sectional outdoor furniture range we have come across and we are excited about including it in our 2008 product range.
The name says it all, when fully stacked, this range takes on the shape of a long bullet. Not only does this equal convenient storage, it also creates a contemporary feature for your garden and patio that is sure to become a talking point.
When laid out, this set creates a modern feel with a range of outdoor furniture that would not look out of place on the terrace of a boutique hotel.
The set is made up of 4 well-sized chairs with matching cushions and a coffee style round table. Being UV and waterproof, the set can be left outside for the summer. Please note that the cushions are not waterproof and should be stored indoors during wet weather or overnight.
It’s UV protection means that this product range is suitable for use in a conservatory or garden room.
What our Test Team thought
All members of the team commented on how much they liked the unusual and contemporary feel of the product.
The space saving nature of the product received several comments, one team member noting the ease with which the set can be stacked away for tasks such as mowing a lawn or cleaning a patio.
One team member who lives the typical city centre lifestyle and has a reasonable sized roof terrace felt that the sectional nature of the set was perfect for apartments with balconies/roof terraces where storage options are limited. The design of the product, particularly when purchased in silver is also ideal for the modern city lifestyle.
