What we think
When we were researching outdoor garden furniture for 2008 it became clear that Rattan effect is the must have. We were really impressed by this rattan effect outdoor table and dining set with 6 chairs and 6 matching natural effect cushions. We are even more impressed by the low price we are able to offer.
The 1930’s retro look is very fashionable at the moment with the chairs emulating the classic Lloyd Loom style. Perfect for al fresco dining or simply drinks and lazy days and evenings in the garden.
This furniture would work equally well in a conservatory or garden room, due to their UV resistant coating and classic design.
What our test team thought
Firstly, they liked the fact that the set included 6 chairs as opposed to the usual 4, with the struggle of not only then having to find extra chairs for guests, but also trying to squeeze more people around a table.
They also really like the fact that the set is 100% waterproof [being made of x] and so can be left out for the summer without having to put it away every time the heavens start to open. Please note the cushions are not waterproof and should be stored indoors during wet weather and overnight.
Point to note: the table does not have an access hole for an umbrella/parasol and so the Test Team recommend an umbrella on a tilting stand, available widely. See our Blog page for a recommended supplier.
