Our Furniture Assembly Service
The first thing we should say is that all furniture sold by srbWorld is suitable for self-assembly. We do, however, recognise that some customers may prefer to have their furniture assembled for them.
We have partnered with a leading furniture assembly provider that covers the whole of mainland UK. Our Assembly Partners teams are fully insured to enter your home.

How does it work?
If you are interested in having your furniture assembled e-mail us at admin@srbworld.com and we will send you the details of our Assembly Partner. You can then call them at your convenience and request a quote.
How much will it cost?
Before you commit to having your furniture assembled, our Assembly Partner will provide you with a quote for you to review. This will depend upon the number of items you wish to have assembled. At this stage, you have not committed to anything and you can reject the quote and make alternative arrangements if you wish.
Why can’t I pay for assembly with my order?
Our Assembly Partner has a strong and efficient network across mainland UK. To avoid generating unnecessary administrative costs and to enable you to have your furniture assembled at the very best price, we ask you to speak to our Assembly Partner directly.
Can I have my furniture assembled on the same day it is delivered?
Unless you have requested an express delivery, the majority of our furniture will be delivered by our Home Delivery Team. We agree a delivery date, and, provide you with a delivery window of between 2 – 4 hours. This window is always subject to common sense issues such as traffic, weather and other matters beyond our control on the day of delivery. Therefore, our recommendation is to leave a healthy gap between your scheduled furniture delivery and an assembly appointment. This should not prevent you from booking your assembly in advance of your order arriving.
Will they take the packaging away?
No. At this stage, we are not able to offer this service. All of our packaging is appropriate for re-cycling.
Will they de-assemble old furniture and/or take it way?
No. You will need to make sure that the room is ready to take the assembled furniture.
Are they familiar with assembling the furniture?
Yes. Our Assembly Partner has a proven track record in furniture assembly.
What if they make a mistake?
This is unlikely as all our furniture is sourced for ease of assembly and our Assembly Partners are seasoned professionals, however, if a mistake is made our Assembly Partner is fully insured.
