Trampoline Delivery Information

DELIVERY CHARGES:

a) To ‘UK Mainland’:

Delivery to all ‘Mainland UK’ addresses is FREE. 

b) To other UK Postcodes:

The following postcodes are NOT classed as ‘UK Mainland’, and a courier surcharge will apply:

 All  AB, BT (Northern Ireland), DD , FK , G84 , HS, IM, IV ,KA27, KA28, KW, KY, PA, PH , PO30, and ZE 

The level of surcharge will depend on the overall size & weight of your order.  Please call us to clarify the total delivery costs to these regions BEFORE placing your order. 

c) To Worldwide Destinations:

We can arrange delivery to all other worldwide regions.  Please  Contact Us to discuss your individual requirements, and to receive a quotation.

How is it delivered?

We entrust our items to reliable, nationwide couriers on a signed-for delivery service basis only.

When your item is delivered, it must be signed for to acknowledge receipt. As with all our delivery services, we ask that you mark the paperwork/screen as “UNCHECKED” to reflect the fact that you have not had the chance to inspect the items at this stage.

NOTE :  A ny shortages or damages must be reported to srbWorld within 7 CALENDAR DAYS of signing for receipt. Any shortages or damages reported after 7 days will be dealt with at srbWorld’s discretion
