Our courier, service and pricing information:

We entrust our items to high-calibre player in the nation's delivery industry. Our suppliers unique strength lies in their ability to handle our items with great care, whilst offering our customers a local and individual level of service, where ever you are in Europe, unequalled in the industry.

Prices and VAT: We use the suppliers price list to calculate our shipping costs, which can be viewed on their website. Please note:

• We pass on a discounted rate to our customers;
• Our rates do not include a fuel surcharge (normally 5%);
• Our published prices include VAT at 17.5%.

Prior to delivery:

When your item has been despatched by srbWorld, we will email you to tell you this. We will also tell you the consignment number and the couriers web site details. If you wish to track your parcels progress do NOT call srbWorld, please:

• Log onto the couriers website,
• Click on 'track my item',
• Follow the prompts on the screen.
  

Upon delivery:

If you are not available to sign for the item when the courier calls, they will leave you a card to tell you they have tried to deliver to you. Please contact the courier company immediately, using the instructions on the card, and arrange another delivery day/time when you will be available.

NOTE: If you fail to contact the courier they will automatically return the parcel to srbWorld and charge srbWorld for that. srbWorld will only arrange to redeliver the item to you ONCE YOU have refunded srbWorld for this additional charge AND you will have to pay to have the item delivered a second time.

When your item is delivered, it must be signed for to acknowledge receipt. Please check the product BEFORE you sign to accept it.

• IF the box is damaged in any way, please sign AND clearly mark the delivery ticket BOX DAMAGED.
• IF the box appears OK, please sign the ticket as UNCHECKED

A ny shortages or damages must be reported to srbWorld within 7 CALENDAR DAYS of signing for receipt. Any shortages or damages reported after 7 days will be dealt with at srbWorld’s discretion

N/A: Means this service is not available. 

UK Mainland: Delivery throughout England, Wales, Southern and Central Scotland. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Next working day: This is a premium service. It guarantees delivery on the next normal working day. NOTE: This service is not available to all regions. Please see the table above to check availability and cost.

Saturday morning: This is a premium service. It guarantees delivery on Saturday morning. NOTE: This service is not available to all regions. Please see the table above to check availability and cost.

Scottish Highlands and Islands: This service aims to deliver in 4 to 5 working days.

ALL Scottish Highlands and Islands deliveries attract a surcharge over UK Mainland charges. (see above). Please see the table above for the cost of the delivery to ALL Scottish Highlands and Islands. These charges apply even where the charge to UK Mainland is quoted as free.

Northern Ireland:
Guaranteed next day and Saturday delivery services are NOT available to the following Northern Ireland post codes BT25, BT31 to BT35, BT38 to BT40 and BT42 to BT94.

ALL Northern Ireland deliveries attract a surcharge over UK mainland charges. Please see the table above for the cost of the delivery to this region. These charges apply even where the charge to UK mainland addresses is quoted as free.

It is NOT economical to ship some items to Northern Ireland (e.g. Monster jeep, Pink Princess jeep, Predator MX jeep, Hummer style jeep). Please see list above to confirm whether the shipping service is available to Northern Ireland, for the product you wish to purchase, BEFORE YOU ORDER.

Return shipping costs: If srWorld arranges for the return of an item, including under the Distant Selling Regulations 7 day cooling off period, the return shipping charge shall be the rate published for the weight and size of the product on the TNT website from time to time LESS a discount equal to:

-50% for Mainland UK addresses (see above).
-25% for ALL other UK addresses
