DELIVERY CHARGES:
a) To ‘UK Mainland’ postcodes:
Delivery to all ‘Mainland UK’ addresses is FREE.
b) To other UK Postcodes:
Scottish Highlands, Scottish Borders, ALL Islands and Northern Ireland will attact a delivery surcharge. Please contact us to confirm the delivery surcharge BEFORE you order. Scottish Highlands is defined by our shippers as these areas:
AB1 - AB56, IV1 - IV63, KW1 - KW17, PH1 - PH50
c) To Worldwide Destinations:
We can arrange delivery to all other worldwide regions. Please Contact Us
to discuss your individual requirements, and to receive a quotation.
DELIVERY SERVICE:
Our delivery service is a home delivery service, provided by an entrusted carrier with an excellent service reputation.
The delivery service will be tailored to your individual order, depending on the overall size & weight of your order as follows:-
a) Single Items or Smaller Consignments of Multiple Items:
Delivered to your door
b) Larger Consignments requiring Palletised Delivery (e.g. furniture, climbing frames, trampolines etc)
Our customer services team will contact you to agree a suitable delivery day (Monday – Friday), and to confirm the delivery address.
IMPORTANT: This is a DOORSTEP delivery service ONLY. Your parcels will be securely strapped to the pallet and protected with cling-wrap, and the driver will remove the pallet from the delivery vehicle by tail-lift. However, the driver does NOT carry equipment with which to transport a loaded pallet from the kerbside into your property or out-buildings. You must make your own arrangements to receive the loaded pallet into your property on the specified delivery day.
Please note - Pallets are normally delivered on lorries (as apposed to vans). Please advise our customer services team if there are any issues with receiving your consignment on a lorry e.g narrow road/lane, weight restriction, low trees, no ability to turn or any other restriction. If in doubt please ask!
IMPORTANT - DELIVERY CONDITIONS:

This is a signed-for service, and you must ensure that there is someone at the property to receive and sign for your order.

Our delivery team will use their best endeavours to deliver to you on the pre-arranged date. If they are unsuccessful due to circumstances within YOUR control, you will incur a charge for a 2nd delivery.

Upon receipt, all purchases must be signed-for as “UNCHECKED” (or “DAMAGED” if the boxes are clearly in poor condition). Failure to do so invalidates the carrier’s obligation to re-imburse for any damage.

Any shortages or damages must be reported to srbWorld within 7 CALENDAR DAYS of signing for receipt. Any shortages or damages reported after 7 days will be dealt with at srbWorld’s discretion.

In the event of the goods being faulty, the seller reserves the right to replace faulty components (at all times at no extra cost to the buyer) where reasonably practicable, and does not offer a return-to-base warranty.
